Jenna Neely is a senior at Delta High School. She has a 4.2 GPA. 

She is the President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a Member of Art Club and a Member of NHS. 

Her favorite activity is participating and writing for her Fine Arts program at Rivers Church where she has won a National Competition for her poetry which includes a $16,000 scholarship. 

She will be attending Vanguard University in the fall to study Christian Formation and Discipleship and will pursue going into church ministry pursue a degree in theology to become a pastor.

Delta County will conduct a full closure of Tongue Creek Road on January 21 and January 22 to allow for scheduled work.During the closure, alternate routes to the Delta County Landfill will be available:•    From the north: North Road to Trap Club Road•    From the south: Trap Club Road from DeltaTraffic traveling to and from the landfill will be the most impacted. Sealed bids for the relocation of 2100 Road Water Main Replacement Project, Town of Orchard City,Colorado will be received at 9661 2100 Road, Austin, CO 81410 until 11:00 AM MST on February 25,2026, at which time bids will be opened and read.

The work of this project is located along 2100 Road in the Town of Orchard City, from the intersection ofColorado State Highway 65 to Orchard City Park. The project includes replacement of approximately4,500 feet of water line, installation and replacement of fire hydrants, installation of a pressure reducingvalve vault station and replacement and relocation of water meters. There are several public utilitieslocated along the project: some adjacent and others across 2100 Road, horizontal boring at roadcrossing is preferred.

All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted fromqualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type.
