The Board of Trustees, Planning Commissioners and interested citizens filled Community Room seats at the presentation.
All survey responses were put into electronic forms to tabulate the responses for each question. Those tabulated responses were calculated, evaluated, and incorporated into a report that was presented at a public meeting of the Town of Orchard City Board of Trustees and Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 6:00pm at Town Hall. The final report also included recommended action steps for the Town to take and tied the responses received in the household survey with those received during the preference survey the Town conducted this past spring. The Board of Trustees and Planning Commission will use the survey results as a directional guide tool for future decisions as is appropriate.
