Sealed bids for the relocation of 2100 Road Water Main Replacement Project, Town of Orchard City,
Colorado will be received at 9661 2100 Road, Austin, CO 81410 until 11:00 AM MST on February 25,
2026, at which time bids will be opened and read.

The work of this project is located along 2100 Road in the Town of Orchard City, from the intersection of
Colorado State Highway 65 to Orchard City Park. The project includes replacement of approximately
4,500 feet of water line, installation and replacement of fire hydrants, installation of a pressure reducing
valve vault station and replacement and relocation of water meters. There are several public utilities
located along the project: some adjacent and others across 2100 Road, horizontal boring at road
crossing is preferred.

All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from
qualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type.
